Baru habis Meta Ads online class, and honestly memang best and after dengar explaination baru faham banyak benda yang selama ni tak berani nak sentuh pun. GoodReach Master Terms & Conditions & Customer Success Promise
1. General Conditions
• These Terms & Conditions apply to all GoodReach courses, bundles, and offers.
• By enrolling, students acknowledge and accept these conditions.
• All training is provided for educational purposes. Results vary depending on student effort, industry, and external factors outside GoodReach’s control.

2. Eligibility for Guarantees
• Student must attend the entire session live (online or physical) and participate in practical exercises.
• Student must implement the strategies taught (e.g., launch ads, follow SEO roadmap) within the timeframe specified in the course.
• Proof of implementation must be provided (e.g., screenshots of Ads Manager, Google Ads dashboard, SEO tools).
• Guarantees do not apply if a student does not attempt or ignores instructions.

3. Specific Guarantees
• Meta Ads Guarantee:
• Applies only to students who already have experience running ads (e.g., at least 50 optimization events recorded OR a history of running campaigns for more than 1 month).
• Fresh ad accounts without sufficient historical data or optimization events are not eligible for guarantees.
• 3x engagement compared to the last boosted post requires proof of last post’s engagement numbers before training.
• Campaigns must be launched within 2 weeks after class and allowed to run for at least 7 days (to complete learning phase).
• Refund/credit eligibility can only be assessed after 1 month of campaign activity.
• Google Ads Guarantee: 24h visibility applies only if campaign setup follows exact steps taught. Guarantee excludes disapprovals caused by prohibited products, policies, or account restrictions.
• SEO Guarantee: 60-day ranking applies for agreed long-tail keywords. Excludes new domains under 3 months old or websites with technical errors not fixed by student.
• Retargeting Guarantee: ROI improvement applies only if student spends a minimum of RM200 on ads within 30 days.
• Analytics Guarantee: Guarantee fulfilled if student is still confused after live class and after a 1:1 review session.

4. Refund & Credit Policy
• If guarantee conditions are met and the student still fails to achieve results:
• Option A: Full refund of course fee.
• Option B: Refund + ad credit (up to RM200) as stated in promo.
• Meta Ads Refund Timeline:
• Student must launch campaigns within 2 weeks after class.
• Campaigns must be allowed to run for at least 7 days to complete the platform’s learning phase.
• Refund eligibility can only be assessed after 1 full month from campaign launch (to allow fair measurement).
• Refund requests must be made within 7 days after the guarantee period ends (e.g., within 7 days after the 1-month Meta Ads trial, or within 7 days after the 60-day SEO trial).
• Refunds will be processed within 14 working days.

5. Limitations of Liability
GoodReach is not responsible for account bans, disapprovals, or results hindered by:
• Violation of Meta or Google advertising policies.
• Student’s product/service non-compliance with ad platform rules.
• Market conditions such as declining or dying demand for a product/service.
• Non-technical issues such as poor product quality, bad customer service, or lack of fulfillment on the student’s side.
• Student refusal to implement corrective feedback.
• Conversion Disclaimer: Running ads is not a guarantee of direct sales or profit. Ads create visibility, reach, leads, and opportunities. Conversion into revenue depends on factors outside of GoodReach’s control, including product-market fit, offer quality, sales process, customer service, and overall business model.
• Platform Learning Phase: All ad platforms (e.g., Meta, Google) have a natural learning phase (Meta Ads ≈ 7 days). Results may fluctuate during this period and should not be treated as final. Students must allow this phase to complete before requesting evaluations or raising complaints. Stress, impatience, or unnecessary pressure during this period will not be entertained.
• Creatives & Copywriting: GoodReach does not create or provide ad creatives (images, videos, or copywriting). Only references, best-practice samples, and suggestions are shared. Poor results caused by weak creatives or ignored guidance are not covered by guarantees.
• Ad Awareness Disclaimer: Students are fully responsible for the ads they choose to run. GoodReach must be made aware of ad copy, targeting, and campaign type if students wish to claim guarantee eligibility. If a student runs campaigns without informing or consulting GoodReach, any negative outcomes are entirely the student’s responsibility.
• GoodReach is not your business consultant or therapist. Emotional frustration, impatience, or unrealistic expectations are not covered under guarantees or post-care.

6. Customer Success Promise
At GoodReach, your growth doesn’t stop when the class ends. Every student receives:
1. 30-Day Personalised Support: Limited 1-to-1 support is provided for light Q&A and clarifications related to the course. There is no group support channel for now.
2. 1:1 Mini Audit: One 15-minute audit session via Zoom within 30 days to review your campaign, SEO, or analytics setup.
3. Resource Access: Templates, checklists, and course materials available for 30 days post-program.
4. Implementation Guidance: If you face challenges applying the strategies, you may share screenshots or reports for feedback.
5. Clarity Guarantee: If you’re still unclear, I will personally walk you through your campaign data and provide the next steps.

7. Boundaries for Post-Care
• Post-care support is advisory only — We do not manage, edit, or run campaigns after class (except under CSR programs).
• The 30-day support is not a consultation package. Students cannot expect daily, on-demand replies or continuous coaching. It is limited to clarifications, light troubleshooting, and guidance directly connected to the course material.
• Excessive or repetitive requests beyond the scope of the program will not be entertained. For extended consultation, separate service fees apply.
• Support questions must be related to course content.
• Support period is strictly 30 days maximum after completion.
• No Recordings Provided: Every student will learn the most updated knowledge live. Recordings are not provided to prevent outdated or irrelevant content being circulated.
